Getting Started

Booking sessions:

Session available is accessible via your member area. You can book sessions up to 7 days in advance. A maximum of one session per day.


We ask that you arrive and are ready in the gym a minimum of 5 minutes prior to your session starting. After this time we will allocate your slot to any walk ins that arrive. If you know you are running late please give us a call and we will hold your place for 5 minutes into the class.


We encourage all members to cancel their class as soon as they know they cannot make it. Cancellation of sessions is required a minimum of 12 hours in advance by either calling the club or using the online system. Cancellations outside of this time incur a £15 cancellation fee.

Waiting list

If the session you would like to attend is full, please contact the club and we will place you on a waiting list. If a place becomes available we will contact you by 5pm the day before. If you no longer wish to be placed on the waiting list, please call the club to let them know.

Your first session

If its your first session in the club, we ask you to arrive 15 minutes prior so you can havean informal chat with your trainer and to show you around the club.


We recommend that you train in sports wear appropriate for the gym. Trainers must be worn at all times.


Our sessions are designed to make you SWEAT. Staying hydrated is essential. We have water fountains at the gym or alternatively you can purchase a bottle of water from reception.


We provide luxury towels for all members. A SWEAT towel will be waiting for you upon arrival and a towel for the shower once your done.


We offer changing rooms and shower facilities stocked with luxary toiletries. We also have hairdryers and straighteners to ensure you can be ready to go back to the office looking good!
