At SWEAT Canary Wharf we have a team of personal training specialists that are experienced and qualified to ensure you achieve accelerated results.
Tier one trainers have completed a sports related degree and a REP’s level 3 accredited personal training qualification. They have also completed a minimum 24 hours of the SWEAT personal development program.
Tier two trainers have completed a minimum of 12 months experience as a personal trainer with proven results. They can develop programming designed to enhance balance, strength, conditioning and coordination, they have solid coaching skills and are skilled problem solvers who can address a variety of fitness and weight management issues.
Tier 3 trainers have completed advanced qualifications in functional movement and completed 168 hours of the SWEAT personal development program. They are seasoned coaches who have distinguished themselves with problem solving, leadership and program development skills.
Tier 3+ merges progressive personal training with customised nutritional coaching. Trainers selected for Tier 3+ have completed over 168 hours of the SWEAT personal development program and hold an advanced certification in nutrition.
