The Workout

Our goal is to get you to train smarter not harder. We use a specific training formula called Metabolic Conditioning. Each session is 40 minutes, every workout uses the latest in functional training equipment using a whole body integrated approach ensuring that you experience the “after burn effect”. Adapting the metabolic conditioning approach means that you will burn an additional 200 - 400 calories, 24 - 48 hours after your training session. You stand to burn to to 1000 calories in one workout!

The Nutrition

A combination of the right workout regime and balanced nutrition is the key to not only looking great but feeling great also. This is why each client is taken through our body type nutrition program. This program is designed to educate you to eat for your body type.
